Hotel convenient but noisy

Pros: convenient, hotel shuttle was timely and driver assisted me with luggage into the terminal
Cons: reduce noise!
The room was fine and clean and totally functional - all positive. But the walls seem to be paper thin and I could easily hear people talking in the hallway. The A/C unit kept turning off and on, even though I had set on low - for a continuous fan.

This was an excellent stay for us. They shoveled us around any place we seem to want to go and the desk staff were absolutely amazing! The room was clean and the maid service was outstanding.

Close to Hobby Houston airport.

Great hotel, good price and staff was very nice. Free shuttle from cruise terminal and to the airport from the hotel. I would stay there again and I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you.

Worse hotel ecer2

I make a reservation, I have the email confirmation, I call to said that I will be late and they wait for me to come at 9:00 p.m to tell me that they cancel my room.....seriusly???.worse thing, they didn't make any afford or have the real customer services help to put me in other room.. I am totally DO NOT RECOMED this hotel,EVER.

Great value and very good accommodations

Very convenient to the airport and to car rental locations (rented from Hertz off airport property to save a bit and it is very close to the hotel making it very easy to coordinate). The hotel has good staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, and a reasonable rate. Also, despite being near the airport, it is very quiet!

The check in was easy and fast. The front desk people are nice and welcoming, as for the breakfast crew not helpful, don't greet, you or even smile back when you do. The breakfast was fresh and good. The room was clean and got room service each day. The only bad thing was the bed it sinks in, time to get a new mattress!!
