"Perfect stay from start to finish! Check in the receptionist was lovely very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We used the spa facilities both days on our stay, the pool area is lovely, everything was really clean, your able to relax with drinks from the bar, we had massages and they were lovely! Breakfast was perfect, there was continental and a choice from the kitchen to order, staff were amazing very attentive, and there was no waiting time. Once again very clean and helpful! Would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely travel back here again."

"Fabulous stay at this hotel only one negative was that we could not change the water temperature in the bath/shower. Water was far too hot and cold water did not seem to be connected to cool it down "

Highly recommend especially if you are looking to stay near the outdoor ski slope as it’s just across the road, Gloucester quays/town centre just a short drive away. "
