I really wanted to like this place, but I am sorry, it is kind of dumpy. The room was dingy and dark. The furniture pretty beat up - the veneer was peeling off the big cabinet. I usuallly like Days Inn properties, but this one really needs an up grade.

The controller for the tv was broken; sheet had green marker on it, tv stand was missing some edging, toilet was rusty and kept running all night. Was in room 219 and got woken up by the people in the room next to me being very loudly intimate

I knew this was a cheap hotel, but the location was perfect and the kids really wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool. After check in, we learned that the indoor pool was only open seasonally. So already the main reason for our stay was moot. The room itself was dirty, and the most basic amenities like lamps, toilet, and the TV only partially worked. Well at least the kids had breakfast to look forward to. They always like that at hotels. Turns out that “breakfast” was orange juice, coffee, and granola bars. That was it. Lesson learned.

Our stay was miserable. There were teenagers having a party in a room close to ours. They began running up and down outside our door. There music was so loud that it was vibrating our bed. Talked with manager, said he didn’t hear anything. Spoke to him again, he said he talked to them. The third time, we told them we had had enough. It was very late at night. Minors partying in a motel room doesn’t make for a nice stay. The room was very dated and somewhat ran down. The bed was okay. We had two beds in our room. One was firm and the other was soft. There was enough bedding. There were stains on the furniture. Way too much money for a room that is in the condition of this one. Will not be returning!

Restaurant impossible wouldn’t put their name on it and rip up half of the the hotel is that bad you couldn’t pay me to stay there

First room they put us in wasn't even cleanned the 2nd room they put us in i feel life all that did was remake the bed the building in run down the rooms are falling apart the cleaning service is not very good

Room was very cold when we entered. I had to run the shower to help the heater. The beds had a sheet of metal under the mattress that made a "gong" sound when you sat down or stood up. Cobwebs in the corners. One packet of coffee for a two bed room. The restaurant across the parking lot was great.

It was so dirty and disgusting that we left right away and drove 4 hours home. It ruined our vacation. We were offered another room but if this is their standard and how they treat the guests for a room over 200$ then we want no part of it and will never stay there. Our child has allergies including dust/dust mites/mold, it would have been a health hazard for them to be in that unsanitary environment. We asked for a refund but were told it was out of their hands and that a manager would call us. It is unsafe and should be shut down. For example, broken glass in the parking lot, drug remnants in the hallway (half burnt Marijuana joint), burnt out lights, stains on the bedding, dried blood on the floor, the smoke alarm unscrewed from the ceiling, dust caked on everything, etc.) It was awful! No place for a family with kids. It was nothing like the pictures. It was also extremely noisy, freezing, and the beds were very hard and smelled. I will be following up with the manager for a refund. We took pics for the manager and checked out asap. The only thing that this place has going for it is the restaurant in the parking lot. The food and service was good. Not comparable to the motel. Please save yourself a headache and money, and don't make the same mistake. Trust the reviews, it is bad!

For the money, it'a a great spot for a football weekend. Ann Arbor is super expensive and this is a great alternative

Not worth the price!!!
Bed mattress pad has dead bugs and blood stains. The TV would not stop flickering and was pretty bad. Outside window has crack with blue tape over it. Definitely not worth what we paid. OH! Also, the water is not drinkable out of tap. It's actually salty!!!

This hotel was FILTHY. I used Expedia points but I shop get a refund for how dirty the floor was! Extremely uncomfortable mattress. TV didn’t work.

There were spiderwebs on the entrance of the door the room. It looked liked it had been their for days. Their were webs in the corner of the room. Also not enough towels in the room. They mentioned in their website they offer breakfast and it’s not true ( coffee, tea,water, granola bars are not breakfast)
