“The property is in desperate need of an update and a thorough clean. To be honest I was shocked when we walked in based on the previous reviews that I had read. Our cabin had a terrible smell. We sprayed it down with air freshener several times. The unit overall wasn’t really clean. The bed mattress looked like it had seen better days. To be honest we couldn’t wait to get out of there. “We asked for a ground floor room, were told we would be given one, and were put in a second floor room. The external stairs to the room were steep and not at all recommended for anyone suffering from knee issues.
The room itself was fine, although there was no iron (which I only mention because I would've liked to use it, not a huge deal!). Microwave and fridge and crockery and utensils were great. The basin was outside the ensuite and doubled as the kitchen sink. It was quite large and perfect……
