Not a great start dead cockroach in the room when they showed us round. Room big enough but silly day couch blocks the balcony doors and the double single draw curtains mean you cannot access the balcony with them closed. A little thought would have fitted two sided curtains. Hotel is 2k from night market a 25 min walk so to find the hotel "taxi" only goes once in the evening is again silly. 20+ people trying to get what 10 seats every night? Why is this not running at least hourly?
Breakfast variable not up to 4 star standard. Lastly we had a very late flight and they were truly disinterested in us having to spend 9 hours in their lobby. We checked into another hotel. Would not go back

We are truly sorry about all reported issues during your stay, about the clean situation of the resort we really take this very seriously and noon stop as we are in a tropical zone and we are sorry you had that "encounter" when just check in. About our Shuttle Bus we provide that as a free service to our guests, we are welcoming your suggestion as we are planning to provide always the best service for our guests and improve that all the way. Also about the check out issue we are again deeply sorry but as this is a high season at the period we were fully booked but still we are deeply sorry you felt disinterested as even if you check out our main goal should be to provide a warm welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. We are hoping to be able to welcome you once again soon and possibly make your idea change about our Resort, Thank you very much for yourfeedback .
