Found and killed multiple cockroaches and bed bugs during my stay. For the most part I was unable to communicate with the entire staff because no one spoke English. On my final day of check out, I was being charged close to three times the amount we had agreed upon.

Perfect location

Pros: The location.
Cons: No lift,so if possible request for ground floor room.
Location: Take a walk in the Old Street. Enjoy the night shopping. There is a good restaurant at the opposite end of the hotel and is quite cheap.
Location is very convenient. 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Bed was a bit hard. Wireless access was a bit poor from the room.

Nice location, but very uncomfortable bed.

This hotel is situated in the old town part of Tunxi. It's a really nice touristy spot that I would definitely recommend visiting, so it was nice to be staying right in it. The room was fine, however the bed was very hard and too short. My fiance is 6'2'' and did not fit in it. I'd say if you're over 5'9'', it's not going to be very comfortable. I have to reiterate, the bed is very stiff and not comfy at all. Staff was as helpful as they could be considering we did not speak Chinese. Wifi connection was ok.
