Beautiful spot, clean, pretty good facilities and good food for an all inclusive, especially the reserve ahead Mexican restaurant. However, service on the whole was bossy and unhelpful. Anything one asked for seemed like it was such an extra burden for the staff. Staff was more liable to tell you what you can and cant do rather than smooth your stay. Not a great hotel for babies.

Regarding the service of waiters we had not had a complaint of their behavior or service, we have been constantly training the members, as we know that their position is of great importance for the hotel, since they attend daily more than 60% of our Visitors and are very useful in transmitting comments or suggestions from clients, we have already organized a meeting with all of them and we have emphasized the attitude and the service, we hope not to generate similar attitudes or behaviors.
