“Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!……

“We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley, it turned out to be the perfect choice to acclimatize to the high altitude. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were genuinely concerned about my altitude sickness (which wasn't that severe, but maybe I looked worse than I felt) and offered some remedies. Luis told us all about the area, a lot you wouldn't get from tourist guides, and also took us on a lovely hike up the mountain behind us. The food in the restaurant was great,……

O que mais me surpreendeu é que em relação a comida, tudo é fresco, tudo é muito saboroso, não deixa a desejar em nada. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a court yard for tea, between restaurant and lounge, making guests feel comfortable. However hardware in the hotel is getting old. I saw elevator was not working for one day. When I first moved into room #202, wifi was not working since signal was too weak. They let me……

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”
