“Nicole went above and beyond to help me with my reservation. She was absolutely polite and so very kind. The hotel is beautiful, with the option to feed Alpacas and sit by the bonfire were absolutely incredible. The views are also amazing! I really enjoyed my room as well, as it had a bathtub. Overall very comfortable.”

“We absolutely loved staying at Luis’ place! The area is quiet and the view from our room was incredible. The place is located a bit outside the city but we had dinner at a nice vegetarian cafe nearby (which was great even though we’re not vegetarians). Luis was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are modern and some of the best we have experienced in Peru. Such great value for money. The WiFi worked great as well!”

O que mais me surpreendeu é que em relação a comida, tudo é fresco, tudo é muito saboroso, não deixa a desejar em nada. Não consigo expressar em palavras, parece até um pouco exagerado o que tô dizendo. Mas tudo é realmente surpreendente. O lugar dispensa comentários, uma natureza exuberante e uma vista……

“Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!”

“Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Food was top notch. Lots of water coca tea, pisco sours and even made a special tea for me where I had a cold ! The place is a little out of the way up the mountain but gave the best……

“The room has little place to store anything, even lay out a suitcase on a jack stand. Sewer gasses came up from the drains in the bathroom and smelled awful. The included breakfast was hot dog and virtually empty wontons. Pretty basic. The elevator broke down several times over my 4 day stay. Not easy walking down suitcases from the 4th floor on checkout. I’m sure backpackers wouldn’t mind this place. Reasonably priced and still within the historic district. Would I stay here again?……

“Everything was great. Only complaint was cold shower in the morning. Staff was very helpful with recommendations, with tacos, friendly, breakfast was great with several options and including fresh local fruit that was perfectly ripe. Missing it already. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the main square, no issues walking in the evening around the area. Lots of shops and restaurants around.”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”
