"They were very shortstaffed. The breakfast was not refilled properly. Many times the front desk was not attended and you’d ring the Bell and no one would show up."

My room accidently got checked in by someone else and resulted in me having no booking but still paying for a room. After a half hour the hotel front desk lady discovered the mistake she made and got me a new room. "
