I stayed at this location to attend Nicki Minaj’s concert because Columbus rates were ridiculously high. Desiree was a wonderful, kind and very helpful front desk personnel. She gave me an extra hour to check out on the day I was leaving and was very understanding of me waking up late. She has that old fashioned customer service that is more welcoming than robotic so you know it’s actually genuine. She even called me after I left to let me know that I left my chain behind and she held it personally until I returned to retrieve it! Amazing doesn’t do justice in describing her she’s spectacular!!! I had a great stay and I highly recommend.

I was at first given a room that's occupied. The staff exchanged the room promptly. The new room at first glance was clean (the beds were made), but the cleaning staff missed quite a few areas: 1) previous guest's items were still in the refrigerator; 2) the bathroom waste basket was pushed all the way to the corner under the sink, and trash from previous guest were still in it; 3) the plastic bag inside the ice bucket still had water in it, most likely from melted ice of previous guests; 4) the body wash bottle fixed to bathtub was empty, although a couple small soaps were provided next to the sink. The cleaning staffs really need to do a better job.

Extremely disappointed
I am not one to complain a lot, so please understand when I make this review, it was truly out of disappointment, especially considering the money I paid. This facility is extremely outdated, and the condition of the room was poor to say the least. The staff is friendly enough. But I did not feel that the upkeep was even close to par, I felt like the room was held together with Band-Aids and duct tape, I will not return.

Overall pleasant
Quiet hotel. Good location with lots of food in walking distance. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Pool was closed for maintenance but it’s January so I didn’t plan to swim lol I’d stay here again

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here while in the Dayton area. The property itself is a little dated, but it's quiet and secure. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a combination of hot foods, such as eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, and your "standard" cold breakfast of cereal, toast, yogurt, etc. The only thing I was disappointed in was the indoor pool. It was a little too chilly for my liking. There's a ton of shopping and food places within walking distance, and a Speedway gas station right in front of the hotel. Booked through a 3rd party, and for the price, would definately stay here again.

That’s a no for me.
On check out day three hours before check out time house keepers damn near chased us out of our room. Proceeded to block me carrying four bags and a baby in a car seat with their cart and wouldn’t move in fact they blocked me worse when I said excuse me. Front desk was less than concerned. Also found vapes and items from other guests. Gross. Want a refund for sure. Not to mention the terrible odors.

The location for the Air Force Marathon when I did not like was when one of the staff called and accused me of taking the towels from our room. We were only giving two bath towels and one hand towel. There was no other hand towel and there was no other bath towels and there was no wash cloths.

I can’t recommend this property. Very overpriced for the experience. Smoke alarm in our room went off at 4:30am because bathroom fan was overheating. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Although it said non smoke room it smelled like smoke.

This property is very dated, something in the room are broken. Two of the three lamps don't work. Tv is old and taped together.
