The property is very clean and well-maintained.The studio condo we rented was also very nice. Very clean, nicely maintained. There were some nice, unexpected touches - coffee, shampoo, lotion, and other personal care items. I highly reccommend both Mariners Landing and this condo.”

“This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!”
