“There were many issues at the house. It took us 20 minutes to get in the house because the code wouldn’t work. The house appears to have not been cleaned up for months. It really needed a deep clean. I was unable to take a bath in primary bathroom. When I turned on the water it was brown and smelled like rotten eggs. When I turned on the jets bugs came out. The bunk bed did not have sheets on them. There were lightbulbs that needed replacing in both bathrooms. Kitchen was in need of a deep……

“We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on……

“Communication was excellent. The check in and check out process was simple. The coffee pot still had coffee and mold in it, so that is why I took a star off for cleanliness. We notified the resort via the Vrbo app and they responded right away. I would love to come in the summer when you could enjoy the pool and lake. ”
