Needs a washer and dryerPosted Oct 17, 2016
Pros: Close but not too to all the parks and plaza areas
Cons: No Laundry facilities at the hostel
Location: Great burger joint go left as you leave the hostel and about a half block down on your left closed on the weekends
Simple but adequate Gabriella at the front desk was accommodating and friendly close to everything about a 10minute walk to the airport bus in front of the post office which runs every 15minutes during the day for 5€

Centric and near everythingPosted Oct 30, 2015
Pros: The location. It was near everything. And the personel, they were very kind and helpful.
Cons: Room comfort.
Location: Location was perfect.
The hostel was in a centric area near everything. We had a lot or places where we could go by foot (Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, Museo del Prado, Parque del Retiro, etc..) There was a CityTour Bus stop a few blocks from the hostel.

Good location but..Posted Sep 27, 2015 on Hotels
Good location close to Sol, Retiro Park and the museum triangle. Very noisy within the building as doors and walls paper thin. There is better quality and value on the same street at other hostals.

Cheap, clean, greart locationPosted Apr 16, 2015 on Hotels
On April 2015 I visited Madrid for 4 days. Hostel Olga is an old building but clean, safe and in a great location. People at the hostel are nice and friendly. If you don't care for luxury and want to know Madrid this hostel would be perfect, Hostel Olga is located 5-20 minutes walking distance from Puerta del Sol, Museo del Prado, La gran Via, Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Puerta de Alcala, Atocha train Station, Museo Reina Sofia, Catedral Almudena, Parque del Retiro, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Palacio Real de Madrid, etc...
