Perfect location for exploring Madrid.

Pros: I chose it as I was arriving late and it offered a late check in (till 2am) which was not available on AirBnB.
Cons: No bin in the bathroom was an issue for 2 female travelers!
All the major attractions and museum are walking distance from the apartment. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop nearby.

Disappointing

Pros: Staff
Cons: The hotel should provide the room that you reserve, not switch you to a smaller room upon arrival. A sneaky tactic that does not earn repeat business
Location: Excellent location
Staff was friendly and accommodating however I was not given the room that I reserved. The room description provided the size of the room that I reserved and, upon arrival, I was given a room that was less than half that size. Very disappointing.

The location was excellent convenient to all attractions. It was clean and safe and the staff was friendly and accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to our next trip back.

This is our second stay in 2 years. We love the properties and the location. It is the most central to everything we want to see and the neighborhood has so many restaurant options it is overwhelming. We eat every night in our neighborhood no matter where we find ourselves in Madrid. Our only criticism in this stay is the room was a bit warm. In the other properties we have rented that was not an issue.

Wonderful stay!

I didnt know what to expect from this stay, but I absoulety loved it, it was better than a hotel and much more proper than an Airbnb

Close to Madrid centre and easy access to all area

The checkin was a problem as no one was there when we arrived. The reception is open for limited time. Rooms are nice. Its like a fully furnished house. Bedroom is too small.

Good condition but rubbish wifi

The free wifi was rubbish as it seemed to disappeared in the evening til the morning. The tv channels were all in Spanish.
