great location. rooms are dark which perhaps covers the shortfalls of the housekeeping. some TLC in the rooms would be great. AC worked well which was very appreciated. nice to be able to open the window/balcony as well.

We were there for five nights. We asked for a quiet room, we were given an inside room with a window about 2 feet wide no view that looked into a very small square inside courtyard. The room was quiet all right. Staff was nice, hotel was clean and breakfast buffet was great. Giving the fact that we are staying for five nights, they could have given us a nicer room.

Very rude, the only óxidos say something else when you reserve. But when you get there is totally different. They said is Expidia problem and Expidia said is their problem. Really bad and very disappointed

Nice hotel right off downtown shopping within 3 blocks of the Prado Museum. Quaint district, but modern styling. Great staff in all functions. Loved our stay.

Booked Vincchi Soho for a last minute, one-night stay. Lovely hotel, beautiful interior, pretty rooms, spacious bathroom. Comfortable beds. Had a taxi waiting outside early in the morning. Close to many respected restaurants.

Pretty nice hotel in a good location
The hotel is nice and modern. Rooms are clean and overall in good repair and service is pretty good. Location is very central and nice, though it gets very hectic at night in the summer, with thousands of British kids partying till 6am every time. Only issue was pretty weak AC, which with the Madrid heat wasn't ideal.

The things I liked about Vincci Soho was location, friendly staff , cleanliness and nice breakfast. What I did not like was that the room was too small and also that the hotel is in a restricted traffic zone.

Cool location. Parking was convenient. LOVED the decor and art. Delicious breakfast. Santa Ana square had great food options. You are in the heart of the adventure and all the disco people will invite you to their clubs at night.

In terms of location, it was close to the city center and the Plaza Mayor.It had a complete and very good breakfast. But the attitude of the staff upon arrival was not very pleasant and helpful. The room I had was on the 1st floor and the view was a small balcony, which probably allowed smoking there due to the large amount of cigarette smell. But in general, it was a good hotel and it is a very good option especially for someone who does not want to use a city tour bus or a car.
