It was fairly easy to get a hold of someone when calling but it was a bit unnerving to not have the access code until hours after our check in. Came across another couple trying to access their room in the building with the same issue.”

“Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise.
