Excellent off season pricing & a suprising find!

Pros: The Bay/Beach area scenery was great! Local restaurants offered good food. Overall a very enjoyable stay!
Cons: No complaints!
Location: The town of Hull was just far enough away from it all to relax, and close enough to still be convenient.
Personable Staff, A nice change from the "Big Box" locations. The town of Hull was just far enough away from it all to relax, and close enough to still be convenient. The Bay/Beach area scenery was great! Local restaurants offered good food. Overall a very enjoyable stay! I felt like I had my own vacation home for a few days. Excellent off season pricing and a suprising find!

Exceptional value

Pros: Excellent location and price!
Cons: No hand towels, extra blankets and in need of a little TLC.
Location: Great view of the ocean, private deck, walking distance to bars and main beach.
The value of the place is exceptional even for off season. It was large enough for a couple with a lot of amenities and great location. There wasn't great quality in the workmanship or upkeep. Some brown (maybe old water stains), the toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread and the shower curtain rod was rusty. There were not enough blankets or towels in the place especially for winter but the gas fireplace worked great and heated well. There is a great deck area that is very private, would be a great place in the nice weather. View of the ocean even with the large hotel in front was very nice.

Pros: Could see 2 light houses from the deck.
Cons: Was cold first night, didn't know how to work everything.
Location: Hull is out in the Boston Bay, it has 1635-now stuff, very quaint. Cold in winter.
It was a studio room in a house, about 2 blocks from the beach. Could sit on the couch and watch the light from a lighthouse. In the summer it would be ultra awesome, in the winter it made for a memorable place to stay (I travel all the time) and I enjoyed it. It is like having a room in someone's house, by the beach. Was working in Chelsea (long commute time wise) and it snowed a bit and the drive was amazing. Be sure to learn to use the gas fireplace and work the heat.

Excellent view of bay; everything available as advertised

Location: Nantaskett's sandy beach, walking the seawall of Crescent Beach and the rocky shoreline beyond. Walking/biking around Sraits Pond and exploring many other walking/biking opportunities and nature areas like to Estuary Center or others further away like World's End and Whitney & Thayer Woods.
We enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely return for a longer visit. We enjoyed the great view from the balcony (and from inside sliding glass doors), pleasant roomy interior with all the conveniences we needed to be comfortable and to make our own modest meals if we chose to do so. Excellent value for the low price. The parking on a steep narrow street was a minor inconvenience, but not a major problem.

Beautiful views from a hill top

I was staying for work, and here as it was the cheapest place around. I did not expect such a well sized room with an ocean view! On the other side of the building a beautiful view of Boston. Water system made some loud noise whenever using it.. be it flushing the toilet or brushing my teeth. But all in all for the price... I will definitely be back!

Did not have the studio we reserved available, sent us to an "upgraded" 2 bedroom cottage that was the pits.
