Every 20 minutes until 4 am someone’s truck horn was honking as if the emergency button was pushed. We did not sleep at all and nobody did anything to stop this noise!!

The hotel is in need of upgrading room looking a bit tired. Was very nervous after reading some bad reviews about trash in hallways and rooms not being clean, that problem seems to have been resolved. Our room was clean, shower curtain looked new and plenty of towels! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful even though they are short staffed. Was fine for a two night stay for the Hershey Rv show and in a great location to restaurants and shopping.

When I was given a room assignment and took my luggage there, I found the room was not made up so I had to request a room change. To his credit, the gentleman on duty apologized and gave me another room but it was inconvenient to move all my luggage to a different floor while my wife was left at the car wondering where I had gone.

The first room i was on had debris on floor by fridge and crumpled paper on the floor which suggested it wasn't vacuumed. I overlooked it but next morning i pulled the guestbook from desk and a bunch of ants came out and were all over. They moved me to a new room but after i moved everything over i noticed spilled pretzels on the floor between the bed and nightstand. I looked around for more ants but didn't see any so i just stayed in tbe room. It was just one more night but i wouldn't stay here again. The rooms could definitely be cleaned better.
