Nice hotel about 3 miles from HerseyPark.

First room we were given had a huge stain on the rug the moment you walked in. Desk was super nice and explained hotel was just taken over by new management that day and that they were working out these type of issues. Was givin another room and it was perfect. Only complaint is no safe box in room or in hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel near Hershey Park

Pros: Breakfast, pool, comfortable beds, great pillows.
Cons: In room movies, more premium cable stations.
Location: Hershey Park!!!
Personally I prefer this to the Hershey owned properties. It is close to the park, but not crazy and overcrowded. I like that breakfast is available in the lobby for a quick breakfast before heading to the park. The pool is nice. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff of the hotel is helpful. It is a great place for families to stay.

It was OK. Nothing exceptional. Communication between staff is lacking. After my first night, housekeeping left a note under the door that it was going on three days for the roombto be cleaned and they were entering the next day. Little concerning....

The extra mile ...

Pros: The service attitude
Location: Hersey's world is around the corner and pizza places are across the street
We stayed only for one night at this hotel. After leaving the next morning and travel more than 300 miles, we realized that we forgot a case in our room. I made the call to the hotel and the front desk crew was aware that I forgot this case. It was still business hours so they helped me to make the necessary arrangements to call UPS and make sure that my address, phone number and payment were ready. My case came to my office with no damage and complete with the items inside.

Mediocre at best - disappointing customer service

This hotel was not worth the money I paid for the nights spent. With so many other options in the Hershey area, I will not be returning. The room was mediocre and overpriced, but it was my experience with the staff that solidified my decision to never return. I had realized while driving away that I had left my cell phone on one of the beds in the room. Since I no longer had a key, I went to the front desk. I waited for a while, but no one was at the desk and I needed to leave quickly due to a family matter. In the breakfast area, two housekeeping staff members were picking up from breakfast. I kindly let one of them know that I had stayed in room #X and forgot my cell phone on the bed and asked if it would be possible to let me in. Without saying a word to me, she proceeded down the hall and opened the room. She went to the bed and picked up my phone. As she came back towards the door, I thanked her and put my hand out for the phone. Instead, she walked right past me without saying a word. I was surprised and told her it was my phone and could I please have it. Rudely she told me no and that I needed to prove it was mine. Being a new iPhone, I told her my thumbprint would open the phone to prove it was mine. She didn't care. She was rude and continued to argue with me. I should not have been treated like I was trying to steal my own property from a room I paid to stay in when I knew precisely the item and location of the item. Not worth the hassle nor the money!!

Our guest's safety and security is important to us and is the reason we require some identification to obtain personal property or to be allowed into a guest room without a key. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, kid loved the pool. Breakfast was nice. Good location with close by shops and restaurants. Would stay at again.
