You cancelled my reservation ( made months ago) DAYS before I needed lodging. Very classless act. I will never utilize your property again ( assuming you reopen) and will tell as many people about my experience as I can. Lousy job!!

We arrived to check in and found the hotel closed!! Imagine our surprise! We were never emailed or called to be aware of this. The hotels phone is shut off! Beware!!!

Not very clean. And you can hear a lot of banging and toilets flushing, doors closing, walking around! However the staff was GREAT!!!

We were only in the room for less than 12 hours as we were in town for a softball tournament. The hotel is older, but renovations have been made. The room was clean, if small. Didn't have time to eat, but the continental breakfast they put out looked really nice. All-in-all, I would stay again.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and towels were constantly replaced each day. The only problems I had involved plumbing. The sink was held with tape and leaked water to the carpet. And there was no cold water. Only scalding hot water. It was impossible to shower

We were impressed about staff kindness. Room was in a good condition: clean and confortable.The breakfast included some hot selection. It was good. HOWEVER, the hotel is under construction! They should manage the construction schedule and avoid to assign rooms under the current construction section. We heard hammered noises late night and woke up with a fully construction team noise over here our room.

Overnight Stay
This was our second time staying at this property. Room was clean and decently priced. The only "complaint" we had was the heat did not seem to keep up to the temp we set it to. At some points, it felt like it was blowing cold air. The unit was also kind of noisy. The entrance to the parking lot could also use some reconfiguring. It's a little tight considering you are turning off a main road, to a side road where there is a stop sign, right into the parking lot where you can only go one way. Both are not deal breakers to keep us from staying again. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

The staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After breakfast ended, they cleaned the common area quickly and efficiently. The free breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are tiny. The beds were extremely comfortable in our opinion. The price cant't be beat. We stay here every year when we come up to watch a Hershey Bears game.

Cute and convenient
The location and quirky parking lot can be confusing at first but once you get your bearings you realize you have easy access to the handful of major local roads. The hotel is nothing special but it has a fun vibe and friendly staff. The bathroom doorknob in our room was on the verge of failing and the front desk dispatched a handyman right away.
