“The stay here is excellent, the room is clean, comfy decoration, with everything needs for a single stay. Kitchenware is more than sufficient, the bathroom is big and the mirror is super good for makeup. While the bed is the best I found in my three weeks Europe trip, but the pillow could be improved. "The service is really poor. We hung the card outside the room for 2 days and especially talked to the house keeper guy that we need room cleaning on the 2nd day, but still not done. They claimed we didn’t hang the cleaning request card correctly but in fact we did. N even on the 3rd day after room cleaning, the used bedsheet was hung on top of the TV without taking away. "
