Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. breakfast was not the best.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever

Stayed at hotel on night of ACC Championship game and it was sold out. The air conditioner in the room did not work and the temperature in the room was 85 degrees. They could not move us because the hotel was sold out. Sweat my butt off all night and hardly slept. Spoke with the front desk (manager was not available) to ask for some compensation for the inconvenience. They said that other rooms had the same problem and they were sorry but could not make any accommodations. Refused to even provide a $25 credit. While eating breakfast, we heard other guests also complaining that their AC did not work. I choose to stay at this hotel because all I needed was a room to get some sleep after the game before the six hour drive back home. This was a simple need that this hotel could not accommodate.

Friendly staff. Appetizers and adult beverages to welcome you. Clean. Close to lots of good shopping and eating.

Pros: There was a free breakfast
Cons: Everything but the breakfast
Room bathroom had feces on the toilet seat. The room air conditioner didn't work. here is the kicker called about the room temp and the front desk person told us to open the window which we had to do and listened to interstate traffic all night with 37 degrees outside temp.

Nice suite hotel

Excellent weekend stay while visiting family I’m Huntersville. Clean and comfortable, good breakfast and nice staff. Pet friendly. Good location near a lot of stores and restaurants, right off I-77. Would’stay again.

Charlotte vs Miami 11/13/17

Pros: Convenience
Cons: The windows open all the way, a little scary
Location: Just 15 mins out of Charlotte, NC use your imagination.
The hotel was easy to get and close to restaurants. The staff was great, solved a issue we had very quickly. The commute to the game via Uber was easy also. Nice breakfast in the AM. Thanks had fun.

Under construction

I would have given the hotel all excellent ratings but they were in the process of renovating. The room we were in had very recently been renovated and they were not quite done. The handles on the dresser drawers had not been turned around so it was difficult to open. There was also a lot of stuff in the lobby and dumpster right outside her window. I’m sure this will be a very nice hotel and they’re finished with the renovations and we plan to return next year to go to the Renaissance Festival.

Has gone downhill since our last stay

Cons: Rooms need to be refreshened, with new carpet and beds. Big coffee stains on the carpet. Safe had no lock. Bathroom door handle needs to be fixed.
Disappointing stay this week compared to stays in past years. The bed was uncomfortable. The room AC unit was noisy all night. The "safe" had just a swinging door, but no lock. The bathroom door had no lock button. Over several days, only spotted "welcome" cookies once. Carpet was stained in the room by the sofa. Our first breakfast was a waste of time. The hot food trays where eggs, etc. are supposed to be were empty and we gave up and left after 15 minutes, as did other customers. The regular coffee urn was empty. Didn't even bother trying the other days we were there. With so many other hotels in the area, we won't be back to this one next time. Wasn't even asked about the quality of our stay when we checked out.
