Very clean hotel and helpful staff

Pros: The room was laid out a little different than others I have stayed in and it was very homey.
Cons: Snack machines, I wish there were snack machines. And maybe a little more fruit at the breakfast bar.
Location: The location was just close enough for us to Charlotte that we could ride into the city for the ballgame but had plenty of places to eat nearby.
The staff was very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. The room was very comfortable. I am always a fan of an extra blanket! For future trips, this hotel is definitely a front runner.

I wanted you to know that we do not have snack machine because we do have a Sundry Shop in the lobby and we invite suggestions on what items we stock. There are ice and soda machine on each floor. Nobody answers front desk phone

Called at night to tell them tv didn’t work no answers. To tired so didn’t go back down just went to bed. Called again in morning again no answer. So we ended up calling on cell phone finally answered and desk said for us to unplug cable and plug back in. Tv should be checked by staff not quests

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Close to highway and retail too.

Expedia made a mistake in reservation. It created drama. Expedia made the mistake. I reserved 4 rooms. However, the hotel had record of only 3 rooms. Because of that, three people had to share 1 room. Bad.

Convenient location

Only problem we had was our room was close to the elevator and we could hear it at night

Would Definitely recommend hotel to others

Staff was very friendly, recommended local restaurants for dining. hotel was very clean and up to date, beds were very comfy Breakfast was one of the best that we have had
