Nice place close to Davidson but hard to find they should have some sign as we passes it and never saw it through the trees

Everything was fine, except we chose this hotel for the queen double room at a price we could afford. But it was a double double, not a queen double. We could have chosen another hotel for a lower rate if we wanted a double double.

dear Ms. Phyllis, In response to your review comment, we did correct the issue by promptly locating a room which met your request therefore solving the bed type issue of 2 Queens. We are still in the process of renovating and the room type was not as of yet entered into the computer system as a double bed room.I surely thought we had satisfied your concern. We have since gone back and inspected all of our rooms and insure the room physically conforms to our data in the computers management system.

Hotel was being renovated, so 1st floor was inaccessible. Breakfast was on 2nd floor, ice and vending was on 4th floor, very inconvenient. Staff was very apologetic. Room was comfortable, but no information about tv channels, or local businesses. Very disappointing for the price I paid.

Upon entering the hotel in the vestibule we have tons of brochures and info about restaurants and places of interest around the hotel. Also we would have gladly given you a t.v. channel guide from the front as we are planning an entire booklet outlining all hotels. amenities.

Convenient and clean

Hotel is being renovated to include a new restaurant. Rooms are all new and comfortable.

Sufficient value

The hotel is under renovation due to a recent ownership change I'm sure but don't know that for certain. I was traveling with family to Hilton head and we always stop around this area. The room we had was updated, very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Once completed I'm sure it will be even better and the price will go up. The two negatives would be the breakfast was sufficient but lacking a little especially since it was in an old room on the second floor. Hopefully this is temporary because it was small and tight. There is only one ice machine on all the floors which was annoying as well. Maybe both of these get fixed once renovation is complete. All in all for our purposes it was worth the money for an overnigter.

2 Star Hotel

Advertising suites but none rooms looked and smelled like a hospital. No workout facilities. Construction in hotel started at 6:45 am. No place to dine or snacks or drinks. Small and thin towels. Bathroom was nice but bedroom looked old. Bed not comfortable.

Still in renovation mode but fine.

The hotel upon pulling up looked closed. They were renovating and the entire outside looked a bit shady. and there were literally no cars in the lot when we arrived at 1 in the afternoon. The hotel had been renovated on all of the upstairs floors and the first floor and outside were the only thing left to do. Better signage out front saying yes we are open would have been good. The room was clean and nice but the bedspreads were old and thin and need to be replaced. A second mirror is needed. Bathroom nice but needs more towel racks and hooks.
