I stayed here for 2 nights. The first morning when housekeeping came by we requested clean towels & some toilet paper (there was very little left on a partial roll when we arrived). She initially refused to give more towels but after a few minutes of talking she agreed. Although she didn’t have them with her & had to come by almost an hour later to drop them off. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep in. It was hard with springs poking out & had a large dip on one side. It was truly terrible. We had no remote to the TV which isn’t required but is expected. There was good water pressure but the shower head didn’t spray evenly. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay & you don’t really care about comfort at all, then this is the place for you. If you want to be able to sleep & shower, find a different place to stay.

Apparently the sewer lines were not properly vented. There was a terrible smell from the bathroom drains. I paid a $25 pet deposit which I anticipated. We always bring a rug for her, drying towel for her feet and are very careful to place feeding and water station where I can clean it carefully before we leave. I felt very uncomfortable having her lay on the floor or the bathroom floor. It was just not clean. Also the bed linens, bed skirt, blanket and bedspread were not clean. I was very disappointed and would certainly not stay at that property again. Also, just for your information, I read reviews of this property today after we checked out and almost all of them were very poor. Someone needs to inspect this property and consider major changes. By the way I owned a motel for a number of years and am very familiar with room inspections after my maids had completed their work. This would have been grounds for dismissal.

Very convenient location with plenty of fast foods nearby. It's not the Ritz, but very good accomodations for the price. There is a lot of road construction in the area, so driving can be a little confusing.

The property is nice, the bed is comfortable and the staff is courteous. That’s a winning combination. There is some construction in the area so you have to be careful while driving and trying to get into the property but it is quiet

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, there was a very loud party going on till late in the night that was very noisy. Many people outside smoking more than just cigarette's. Staff was friendly.

The first room we had smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No other rooms available. The next day I was told we could not change rooms but they would deep clean the room. We arrived back and the smell was still there. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms.

I'd stay here again
The room was spacious and comfortable enough - I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel! There were a couple of stains on the sheets, but the sheets themselves seemed to be clean though, just small stains (probably coffee or something like that). The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating; I had a couple of requests, and they were able to take care of them immediately. I also liked that, when I asked for no maid service while I was there (because I make my bed in the morning anyway, and I didn't need new towels), they didn't bat an eye and made sure that housekeeping knew they could skip my room. There was also a trash can for recyclables in the room!

We just want to commend the gentleman that was the desk clerk when we checked in. He was extremely helpful in parking a big RV that we had with us, he also went out of his way to make it possible for us to be close to the doors where we ended up parking. He was very kind and made our evening. Give him a raise!
