There wasn’t a screen on our window when all the other rooms had them. I️ noticed when trying to air out the room of a stale mildew odor. Then our mini fridge seem to not be working right so when calling and asking them to take a look at it The response I got was uuuuuh OK ummm I’ll see if I can get somebody to look at it. All of our food went bad! $60 worth

Fun Times make for Great Memories

Would definitely stay again. Were with a soccer group and they accommodated us for an earlier great breakfast since we had early games. Had a great time at the pool.

Better of sleeping in a car.

Wife turned on the heater and it started smoking, which set off the smoke alarm. Called the front desk and they said they were sending maintenance. 1 hour later a guy shows up that doesn't speak English with a ladder and a 9 volt battery. I tried to tell him that the heater is messed up, but he didnt understand. He changed the battery in the smoke detector and left. The room smelled horribly like smoke. We never were offered a different room. Horrible customer service even when I was checking in at the front desk they couldn't get their printer to work properly and the girl was more into taking care of phone calls then dealing with me the customer in front of her. Not staying here again.

This is the first time I have given off this impression and I again do apologize.About the maintenance guy he may have not spoken any English but I could've translated for you.
