There deposit (200) is ridiculous , they don’t speak good English and they don’t provide any amenities for your room,

The only thing that was wrong was that the tv gave out and they had to bring one from room 214 to give us so we can watch it

Don"t Drink n Drive

Location: Great access to some goodt bars and restaurants in Sunset Beach
Nothing fancy but I had no problems with the room or the help. I like the location as far as access to the bars and restaurants in Sunset Beach. Just be aware you need a $200.00 CASH deposit if you don't want the worry of putting it on a credit card then getting it back. Handy to Don The Beachcombers for those do not drive party nights....

Good location bad customer service

Very bad customer service on check in. Negative signs posted and attitude of staff at check in gave off unwelcoming vibe. Unlikely to return

Horrible Service

The hotel staff especially Paul were unbelievably rude and curt. The people running and whomever owns this facility have no clue about how to treat clients.

Oceanview Hotel

Pros: near the ocean
Location: Near Taco Surf and Don's Beachcomber. Both establishments are good for food, drinks, and entertainment
I woke up with a few bug bites. It could be bed bugs. Otherwise, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Thank you.

Great view of the sunsets Right across the street from Surf tacos, the best tacos ever. Close to the beach. And still close enough to Disneyland. The staff was friendly.
