"Terrible coffee and meh breakfast. Passed on both the second morning of my stay. It’s a good bed. But the rest of the facility lacks character or comfort and cheap fabrication. On check-in, the primary concern (and communication) was that a damage hold of $150 would be placed on my credit card. As an international and experienced traveler, this is just rudeness. Will not use this chain again"

"Outstanding experience. Room and Swim area were immaculate and in good condition. Super helpful staff. Abraham Katz, Operations Manager, could not have been sweeter and more helpful. He's the perfect person in this role. The hot tub and pool were great, and they provided plenty of towels. The breakfast: Not just Continental but full Country Breakfast. Fresh, beautifully presented--former caterer here. Items were all labeled well to include Gluten Free, and even the bacon was labeled as pork bacon--for those with religious preferences as such. WELL DONE!"

"Overall, for a quick stay, it was a nice refreshing experience. Although we would have loved for the pool to be a bit warmer, the kids enjoyed being able to swim and wind down. It was not hard to get to, the staff were great, and the kids definitely enjoyed breakfast before our departure. We were very grateful to be able to check in early as well after a long day of traveling. I would also like to point out that the staff member who checked us in, even put our stay on my Hilton rewards card and I was so happy about that. I would totally recommend this spot for anyone to stay at. :-) ~Courtney Barden"
