Nasty Hotel

Pros: The location
Cons: Customer relations, checklist for cleaning and restocking the rooms.
Missing amenities in first room, toilet kept flushing on it's on, make-up on the duvet cover, thick dust on the lamp, heater extremely loud, sink had hairs from someone shaving, yellowish dingy towels. Person in room above kept dropping something heavy and stomping on floor for over 6 hours, around 1 a.m. called front desk to complain, to no avail. I gathered my things and went to the front desk in my pajamas to request a different room. I had to start over in wiping the room down, the mattress was worn, but I finally fell asleep only to be awakened by the smell of what seemed to be strong coffee around 5 a.m. Upon check-out, no offers of credit, comp or anything for my inconvenience. I did get one sorry about the incident.

Good budget hotel

Just off I65 makes this a good choice. Fair price and less than competition around. Can walk to Cracket Barrel from a nicely appointed room.

Easy access to the highway

Staff was helpful providing excellent info about things and places to visit. Breakfast was OK, same thing every day. The motel is next to a cracker barrel.

Disappointing - never again.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Spend a little money and run an airport shuttle.

Overall it was an annoying experience. The room was below average in amenities and comfort. It appeared relatively clean, but the bed was uncomfortable with hard pillows. Also, there are limited food options in easy walking distance. I could have lived with all that had my checkin experience been better. I was there to catch an early flight home after driving family members to the area for a funeral, so I had no transportation after being dropped off. When I asked about airport transportation, the desk clerk took a condescending attitude and told me there was no airport shuttle, which I was counting on, and that I could expect at least a $15 cab ride over. An airport hotel without a shuttle is almost useless. So, on top of an expensive, mediocre room, I was going to have to spend even more. Between the clerk's attitude, the mediocre room and lack of transportation I will not return, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Stop and go!

Dont Stay Here

Pros: Location - near the interstate
Cons: Everything - customer service by employees was horrible. Will not stay again!!!!!
Location: Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesday Restaurants right outside the hotel
I had stayed in this hotel approximately 3 years ago No issues that I can remember. This time was the worst experience ever. Customer service was lacking by employees. Key didnt work to the room. After many unsuccessful attempts, was changed to a new room. Bagels were hard at the breakfast and orange juice had no flavor, taste like water. Come back to the room after being gone all day to find out that the housekeeper didn't make up the beds. Checkout was horrible. Front Desk Employee refused to give me a receipt. Eventually she threw the receipt at me. Do not recommend. I will never stay again.
