Not somewhere I would recommend.
Staff and location are great, but the room was in a terrible state. Holes in walls. Air conditioner screen was caked with dirt.
Bed was clean and bug free, otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere.

This was a family sports trip. The staff and the service were amazing and very accommodating but the room itself was dated and needed some updates like grime free bath/shower and a working shower head. Our room was in front of the truck-free parking area but truck owners warmed up their trucks at 5:00am. There were rules but nobody to enforce them.

Stay was okay
Had 4 ice makers but only 1 of them worked!
The safety locking latch on the door was broken and the screws were loose so it wasn't secure.
Honestly felt like a ghost town because I didn't any other tenants. Just workers. Maybe 2 of them

Music playing very loud in a van right outside our door. Desk chair was broken. Room was not very clean. Breakfast room had food all over the floor and food wasn’t great.

Use as the last resort.
It is in a very bad neighborhood. The rooms are small but nice. But there was a lot of pot smell outside of the room. They do not have complimentary coffee. And to get to the lobby. You have to walk over a 100 yd if you're on the far end.

Lee, thank you for your comments. I plan to speak with Housekeeping to find out why they failed to leave the required regular and decaf coffee beside the coffee maker in your room. Because the hotel is so large and spread out, it can be a bit of a walk for guests staying in rooms towards the back to enjoy the complimentary coffee that's available 24 hours a day in the hotel lobby. If the distance is an issue, guests are welcome to request a room closer to the front.
It was fine. The market place in the hotel was a bit high priced.

A used bar of soap was left in the bathtub. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever and the blankets were very nice and cozy. Air worked good. Both waffle irons under cooked the waffles. They were still gooey inside.
