Nice room, rude employees.

Luckily this was was free night from hotels.com or I'd be a lot more upset than I am.
We had the room with a seperate bedroom because we had 2 babies and wanted the Space but the rest of the room was tiny. Could barely turn around in the bathroom, living area was cramped. the air was central versus a regular hotel system so was very comfortable.
When we arrived after a long day of traveling, the desk clerk was headed to her break and asked me rudely "are you here to check in" and when I said yes she rolled her eyes, deep signed and seemed bothered to have to work to check me in. We had requested two cribs, I inquired and she told me they were all in use. Great news with 9 month old twins on a road trip. The next day we asked for help finding luggage cart and again rude service is all we received. We will not be returning here on our yearly trip and will stick to it others in the area.
