My one big issue. I booked a room believing it would sleep three. When we got to the room it only had a king bed, no pull out couch for my child to sleep on. The only thing I could do was book a second room and hope Travelocity would cancel the first room. The front desk clerk did give us extra blankets to make a pallet on the floor.

We had a large group of family/friends. Our rooms were perfect and near each other as we requested. Pool/hot tub stays open until midnight and was a nice end to our busy days near rocket city. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was perfect!

Came to Huntsville for a comedy show at Mars Music Hall. The drive wasn't bad from the hotel. The price was fair in comparison to other hotels. Huge plus that the property was non smoking. Bed was comfy!

My room had a faint cat urine smell that didn't go away. The whole hotel was hotel and desperately in need of carpet cleaning and new paint. Bedding was below average quality but there was a very large TV. The pool area was nice but the hot tub was not in use. Nice location, backs up to pretty green tree area. My air conditioning unit struggled to keep the room cool as the rest of the hotel was very warm. Breakfast was underwhelming, few choices, not very good at all.

I would never stay here again! The room was dirty, had an outdated magazine on the counter and the hot tub was lukewarm. The area also seems dangerous. People (crack heads) wandering around parking lot. The shower was all chipped up. Ugh just nothing good.

This was a one night stay on our way home from our family vacation. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Jeanne in the breakfast area was especially helpful. Breakfast was hot and good. We would stay here again.
