When we checked in I had paid for a room with a king bed , and couch pin the room , but when I went to the first room they gave me , no king bed or no couch in room, So I went back to tell them , that is not what I paid for and showed them the photo of what I paid for , They did them give me another room , with a king bed and a couch, But when we went to that room the key thing did not work , but then the person who helped me came up and fixed that , it all felt so unsettling, I felt hurt by what they did , By giving me the wrong room at first , they were nice about it after I confronted them , but I felt icky after that whole thing had happened , I use to think that Hilton’s were the best of the best , but I don’t feel that way, truth be told I wished I had stayed at a different place , and you had to buy your breakfast , not a continental one, From now on I will not choose Hilton ever again , For the money it wasn’t worth it
