The property itself and the room was absolutely perfect, it was the check in process that was unpleasant. My wife and I needed to check into the hotel early because we had an event at 4 and that’s when the check in time was, so I called twice in the morning to which I got no answer, and even tried to contact customer service on the website which was no help whatsoever. Got to the hotel at 2:30 and was told by the manager that no rooms were available and they would get with house cleaning. My wife goes back in about 15 minutes to check on the status and see if there’s anything else we can do, to which the front desk associate was rude the entire interaction. She asked to speak to the manager which ended up getting us a room and gave us free drink passes. I’m very thankful for the manager letting us check in early and being accommodating but the rudeness of the front desk associate from check in and check out just left a bad taste in my mouth.
