Dirty, old room, sticky bathroom floors, air wouldn't work properly, odd smells and stains... Would not recommend

I'd like to apologize for the experience you had while visiting with us. We strive to ensure each guest has a wonderful time and we are always disappointed when we fall short. This is something that has been addressed with the General Manager as well as the Executive Housekeeper to ensure that this is corrected.
I do hope you will give us another try to give you the Embassy Suites experience you know and love.
