Cons: Better attention and effort by housekeeping would be an improvement.
When we first got to our suite, there were crumbs of food clearly visible on the carpet. Also, the top / back of the couch was very dusty.

Pros: The breakfast and the room
Location: The location was good for us. It was close to shopping and good dining.
The breakfast was exceptional. The omelets cooked on demand were really good. Good location for us.

Everything good except heat would not work

Pros: Otherwise, a nice larger hotel with a nice spa
Cons: DK
Location: It's very close to the major venues in Huntsvile
Stayed there after Thanksgiving and only the air conditioning worked in the room, not the heat.

Typical embassy

It was a typical embassy suites. No towels for 24 hours at the pool. Long lines at breakfast. Comfy pillows and bed. Very quiet. Make you pay for parking.

Overrated 3 star at best

Convenient to VBC, decent staff, restaurant is overrated and I wouldn't pay for room service- food arrived burnt and desserts were not good at all.

Dirty, old room, sticky bathroom floors, air wouldn't work properly, odd smells and stains... Would not recommend

Great for concerts and trade shows.

Embassy is connected to the VBCC. Came in town for a concert. Was very convenient.
