The room was quite nice, comfortable & somewhat roomy. However, the bed linens were yellowed & flimsy as well as the towels. I was told that because I only was staying 2 days, I would not get housekeeping. If I wanted clean linen or towels, I had to bring the dirty linen downstairs & I would be given new ones. Also there were stray cats everywhere, crouching by the trash cans & the doors of guests. I will never stay there again.

Good for Extended stay in Huntsville

Well situated for people temporarily at Redstone Arsenal. Large fridge, two burner stove, micro and a kitchen sink. The provide a convenience set on request with pots pans silverware and such.

It was a short stay

Although I was only there for about 8 hours due to a late flight and early departure, it was more than needed.

The breakfast consists of packages of oatmeal and muffins, I suppose better than nothing. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. And probably worst of all was the people in the parking lot begging for money and smoking pot, we didn't feel safe here.

Close to museums.

Our stay was so nice we extended another night. Friendly and very helpful staff. Gave grest restaurant recommendations.

I loved it loved it I will tell all my friends coworkers bosses aunt's uncles. I will never stay n any other hotel motel know that I have had such amazing service... And I will never ever stay anywhere else again....

Dirty sheets

Cons: Practically everything
Location: On a freeway, very noisy
Made a last minute booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Arrived very late, given a room next to the freeway that was stuffy and appeared to have not been cleaned (in years). Bed sheets were stained, which I can over look, but the hair and apparent make up marks on the pillowcases was too much for me, Also, the room had a small kitchen area, which would have been a nice feature but the room smelled of food, and the refrigerator stank. Never going to bother with Extended Stay again.

Not bad

I don’t like rooms that open to the outside, so that was a strike. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Your room was supposed to be non-smoking and they make you sign and agreement saying you want to smoke. I literally got to the room you can definitely tell that the smoker had been there.
