Checking in and out went smooth. Staff were all courteous and friendly. Our room was very clean and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The housekeeper was very nice and kept our room neat and clean with plenty of clean towels. We didn't have to ask for anything. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want and was very good. We would certainly choose this hotel and location again.

Hotel out in the Boonies.Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Some outlets were not working. I have a res-pak to help me with snoring. Had to switch sides of bed to find plug-in.
Location: We only went to local Walmart for some items. Went straight to I-65 and continued on our journey to Pensacola.
This hotel was at least 10 miles from I-65. It took us an hour to locate the hotel. We called the hotel and the desk clerk gave us wrong directions. Finally got printed directions from another Hampton Inn.

Smart people in smart hotelPosted Aug 20, 2015 on Hotels
We arrive past midnight after a flight delay, the security guard approach us with 2 candy bars for my daughters and got smiles at that time. The third morning one employee bring a color card for my little girl. A stay full of details make the difference traveling for family vacations.

Very pleasePosted Aug 18, 2015 on Hotels
Oh my gosh, the stay was GREAT. We were in town for a Black Business Expo and this was our first time in Huntsville. Not only did we find a great hotel we found two of our favorite restaurants to eat at. The only thing I suggest is that the people who is cooking the breakfast should make sure that the potatoes are fully cooked. There was a rush to get the potatoes out and when they brought them out some of them were a little cold and full of water. But overall a GREAT place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

Old style hotelPosted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Not too much. The staff was nice but the hotel itself was old style.
Cons: Tear it down and build a new one?
Location: Just down the street from the Huntsville projects. Not a real nice neighborhood. Not real bad either. I will stay somewhere else next time.
Has outside stairways, window air conditioners, outside entrances to all rooms. Should be sold to second rate chain. Not in keeping with Hampton Inn quality and price... The breakfast thing in the lobby was good- typical Hampton Inn style. Was disappointed it was not up to what I expect from a Hampton Inn. From now on, how will I know if what I have booked is a good Hampton Inn or a bad one like this? Hard to know.
