it seemed lots of party going on in this facility, and the guests next doors were making noises during my first night of stay. Thanks very much to Zack (the front desk gentleman) for upgrading/ changing my room for the second night due to the heater "sudden" out of order, but the guests next door smoking too.

They intentionally gave us the room with broken room lock , when i went to reception the staff told me to stay in the same room without locking it . Then after some argument he changed the room .

The rooms were clean, but the decor was a little dated. The pool was very busy, but it was a couple of days before the New Year, which may have explained it. We were travelling with a group of 12, and we had no complaints about the breakfast. There were plenty of options, even for vegetarians.

This was not the March break get away we were hoping for. First the positive, the staff all seemed very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel room was tired and felt dirty. House keeping never came and we had to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk ourselves. The fire alarm system was also being tested while we were visiting, we were informed when we checked in, we were told someone would need to enter the room between 9-5. I explained that we only had a 2 night trip and if at all possible please not 9am. We were never told that they would just surprise us by setting the system off for the whole floor/rooms at 9am without warning (talk about a wake up call!). My kids were scared that there was a real emergency and I was forced to get them up out of bed to find out it was real or not. We ended up just checking out early. Should have just stayed home and saved the $350.

Overall, our family had a great stay. Nothing fancy but was clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous. The fridge needed an upgrade - old and not functioning well. Pool and workout room were both great. Beautiful view from room.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Room was clean and modern. Only complaint would be the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable.
