Decent hotel

For the value we paid we got what we paid for. The location was excellent and staff and customer service was great. The rooms and cleanliness could have been better but we stayed only 1 night.

Nice reception. Cleanliness of room horrible. Dust bunnies everywhere. Maids didn't empty trash daily

This place is a dump!

Pros: I would never stay here again.
Cons: Renovate the rfooms. Clean the carpet and paint the walls.
Location: It's not in a great neighborhood. Denny's is next door.
Noisy and rowdy tenants until midnight. Beds are hard as a rock. Walls are filthy. This place is too run down. Don't waste your money on this place!

Never again. Large groups up all night running around parking lot. Cigarette butts all in front of my room. Nothing like the commercials as advertised.

Ok hotel

Room was ok for the price. Beds were decent. Breakfast was generic cereal and very slow waffle maker. If your on a budget, would recommend but if you can spare a few more Dollars I would stay somewhere else.

Carpet reeked of pet urine smell

Carpet reeked of pet urine smell. Front door did not close properly. Curtains did not close completely. Did not feel safe in the 1st floor room. Sticky floor in the breakfast dining area. Check-in staff (before I went to the room) was nice and helpful.

Not a place to stay on business

If you are passing through for a night and need a cheap place to stay then this is OK. If you are traveling on business and need to stay for six nights forget it. Go to Decatur and stay in one of the many nice places there. The traffic from Decatur is not bad and well worth it to avoid this place.

Cons: Dont show rooms with frig and microwave on internet and then say none are available when we get there.
Location: Too many homeless types roaming the parking lot and hedges all times of the day
Cody was the greatest as well as the the Manager. I was not happy though with the increase of 40% on my nightly rate on a weeks stay. Especially when it was on a weekday??? My charges went from like 64 to $101?? I work in the storm insurance industry and there is no way to know the exact number of days I will stay...

Terrible smell in room. Had to leave and find a new hotel. Would not recommend this hotel
