Checked in went to assigned room when we entered room we noticed a dirty towel behind room chair we went to the restroom and there was pink lipstick smeared on the door and easily whipped off next morning we were taking showers the water wasn’t going down my son proceeded to pull about 4’ worth of dirty hair out of the clogged drain

Very good breakfasts provided. Staff was very friendly. Someone was vacuuming in the hall before 7:00 am. There was no fan in the bathroom and the room felt damp.

great experience. however, the hallways smelled of marijuana throughout the building. there were plenty of children around and a bit embarrassing. please fix this issue.

No hair dryer in room had to ask for one at front desk . No maid service - asked for clean towels and they left two bath towels no face towel, no hand towel, and no bath mat and didn’t service room. Will not be staying there again!!!! Very poor customer service

Horrible experience
On the outside the hotel is nice but the rooms can be easily be heard through. Doors where being slammed all night both days we were there and the first night I couldn’t even sleep due to the people next to use arguing and eventually the cops comin and kicking there door down. Room service knocked on the door and before we even had a chance to answer let themselves in.

Hotel was okay. Mattress and furniture were harder than I am used to. I left the hotel before 10am both full days of my stay. Room was not cleaned either day. I did remove the “do not disturb” sign when I left on those days.

Lamp on desk has a short or something making it unusable. Toilet ran more than half the night and wouldn't flush most of the time. Had to open tank to flush it and stop the running. Lobby stank of pot. Beds were fine but pillows were all flat. Only 2 full sized towels in a 2 ueen bedroom.

We enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderfully warm however it was shut down one day which my grandson was unhappy with. The breakfast could have used a few more options like toast or bagels etc.

It started off with finding short hairs in the bed sheets and sticky smudges on the night stands. The bed had a distinct dent that made the center sag and squeak every move you made. The fridge, dresser combo had wood shavings visible along its edge as if termites are living in it. The list goes on! Only half the jacuzzi jets worked, the shower wand holder was broken, the bathroom fan didn’t work. There was about a half inch of dust on the base boards and other guests were slamming their doors all night long. When I spend that kind of money on a single room I would expect and hope that it would be at least cleaner than my house, we won’t be back!

On arrival, we were told that the pool was closed. Of course, we can be understanding, but we were traveling a very long way with two children and had been looking forward to letting them burn some energy. That was more-so just a bummer. We went up to our room and saw a cockroach crawling on our room door. We went inside and found that the room floors were dirty. And on further inspection we found the entire room was filthy. The furniture was very old, broken and damaged. We noticed that the window in the room could very easily be opened and had no screen. This gave us great concern since we had very young children and were on the 2nd floor. The latch lock on the room door was broken which also concerned us. We continued to find cockroaches in our room. The bathroom drain would not drain properly. The mattresses were very old and neither had mattress protectors. When walking through the hotel there was a very pungent smell of marijuana. The staff was not personable or friendly at all. They offered no help and we could hardly understand them because they spoke so quietly. Our interactions with them just felt strange and uncomfortable. We have never felt the need to leave a review on anything before. We’re honestly really sad by this experience and feel like we wasted our hard-earned money on a nightmare experience.

Always noisy and doors slamming at all hours of the day, especially morning, so forget a quiet, relaxing getaway. Not recommended and I sure won't stay again.

The breakfast was very limited in selection. The refrigerator was empty. Definitely minimal in comparison to other La Quinta properties. And please don’t have lukewarm water in the hot water dispenser.

It was a nice room and the pool was warm and great. Our complaint was the bugs that came out at night in our bathroom. I believe they were water bugs but enough to freak out my daughter.
