We only had one towel upon arrival and three pillows. No more pillows were available due to them being “locked up “. We were also given pool towels. I won’t be going back. 4.5 out of 10.

Older property that has not been maintained. Good bed, hot water, shower head, and refrigerator. Noisy heating, no so clean hard floors, slick tub, ill fitting doors, flat pillows, poor breakfast offerings. There was good restaurants nearby.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beyond that, room had a filthy floor, and there were dirty handprints on the towels. Condition of room was very poor, with electrical wires hanging free to bathroom fixture. cigarette butts and empty beer bottles laying around walkway to our room. privacy curtain on window could not be closed completely. Had to use clothespins. Plaster falling off bathroom ceiling near shower.

The property and surroundings were disgusting and dirty. Nothing like what the pictures were on the site when we booked it. Grills, folding chairs, trash in front of rooms and on grounds. A HEALTH HAZARD. We lost $100.00 because we could not cancel. We were deceived and would never of booked a room, shame on you. We will tell (and already have shared) our experience to alot of our friends never to use your booking of hotels in the future. Do you not check on hotels listed on your site? DISGUSTING and we felt that we were used, not in good faith!!! You should go there and ask yourself, would I put my family up in that particular hotel? I think not if you are being honest with yourself...

After heavy traffic, we arrived late and tired for our stay. We were ready to crash, but if we weren't so tired, we probably would have ended it and found somewhere else. Go somewhere else. First off I normally don't complain this much but you should know what to expect. Horrible bed that was sunk in the center so bad you couldn't lay on either side of the bed without rolling to the middle. Nasty old full size fridge in the room. Coffee maker didn't work. Cigarette burns all over the tub, bed sheets and the curtains. Didn't smell clean. Walked around in the room with just my socks on feet, my socks ended up black/brown on the bottom. Unaware of the deposit when i booked the room. I Booked through Hotels.com for 2 nights. Chose the pay at property option. Informed front desk i would be paying cash not to run my card. Said they wouldn't. Then Informed me there was a $100.00 cash deposit since i was paying cash. Told me it was because of the no smoking policy at the hotel. Ok i get it. Went to the room and found cigarette burns everywhere. Took pictures and went back to the office to show front desk. Told him i couldn't afford to lose the deposit over something i didn't do. He made notes. Told me to pay for my room at the end of my stay. Then the next day they charged my card 2 separate charges of $93.25..one per night...told me they wouldn't charge my card and was aware i was paying cash but did anyways. If my account would have been low it could have cost overdraft fees. I was able to get my deposit back. The lady had to go check my room before I could get it back..had to explain and show her the pictures. Both front desk people were nice.

The rooms were not very clean. Our room had not been vacuumed and the bathroom floor was not clean. There was a bar of soap stuck in the corner of the tub insert. The walls were very dirty and we did not have a coffee pot in our room

I checked in but after about 30 minutes i decided not to stay a d checked out to go to another hotel. I did not feel safe and the place was dirty. Nasty carpet, filthy chair, the cutains wouldn't close, the lock on the door was not secure, shady people hanging out in the parking lot, random cars driving through. I saw three police cars and when they were done with their business at the hotel, I asked the police officers for a ride to a new hotel and they were so sweet and kind and happily assisted me. They commented that this hotel is not a good place to stay. I would like a refund.
