Prices are far too high! Just because it's "huntsville" or an event is happening in town doesn't justify taking advantage of your customers. I wasn't treated well on arrival with my itinerary in hand! While I was super late for a wedding that day on arrival due to traffic, they would not allow me access to the room without my husband present because they wanted HIS credit card even tho it was already paid in full for online & I had the itinerary in my hand causing me to be even later for the wedding! The room was clean...outdated! (for the price) They even don't leave you enough sugar or whitener for two people to have a cup of coffee the next day! Just ridiculous! We didn't have a good vibe from this place at all & they actually declined renting out a room to the couple who's wedding we attended claiming it was a big weekend for them and they didn't have a room...That was a lie! I know this b/c I rented the same room they asked for online after they were told this! WOW! The cleaning staff were very nice though! People running the place need a reality check!

Sorry to hear that you did not feel like you were treated well upon arrival. As per the policy we need identification or reference which matches to your booking which you were unable to provide. A valid Credit Card or cash deposit is also required for incidentals as per the terms and condition of the motel and Expedia Partners. The room assigned to you was unique which includes its own balcony. If you were in need of any extra supplies our staff would be delighted to provide you upon request.
