I had a very comfortable stay, just like home. Target mall just 10 minutes away by foot. Bus stop is there too. To get to Down town, it's a 20 minute bus ride. Another mall with a large "88 Buffet" in the mall next to the Target mall. Good value for the hotel and the buffet. Free breakfast was a bonus. I could eat at the buffet everyday! Target has a grocery section if you want to cook in your room. All the dishes are there!

It was a crock, we paid an additional $20 that would allow us to cancel our reservation if we were not able stay in the hotel…..we tried to cancel 48 hours prior to the check in date. We were told that we could not cancel that we would be charged for the room even if we were not able to make it. My question is what was the $20 for? I would never recommend anyone to use your service even my worst enemy…..this must be how you people are allowed to stay in busy, lie about the $20 and then pocket the money…..including the room fee. This service and how we got rip off will definitely be placed on social media for everyone to know about your scam.

Three members of my family stayed in this property for around 12 hours and were charged $200. We had enough towels for 2 people only in our room. When I requested towels, I was told by staff they could let housekeeping know we needed some when they got there (despite the fact that my shower was already running). My husband went to the desk and they were told they couldn't leave the desk to get us any towels until their replacement arrived. Also one of us slept on the pull out cough and the room was not equipped with any sheets, or a pillow for this bed. There were no blankets in the room--not one thing for the pull out. The staff at the front desk was not able to locate us any. We honestly deserve a refund. We were way overcharged for our (lack of) amenities.

The maintenance was disappointing. Our toilet was broken and after waiting to get it fixed the next day it broke again. The hotel did arrange for us to move to another room but different problems were encountered: no hair dryer, broken tv/screen remote and uncomfortable layout. The staff were quick in responding to these issues after we brought them up.

Everything was lovely except peeling wallpaper in hallways. Lack of people at front desk. Did not feel Residence by Marriott hospitality. Breakfast so so due to infrequent fills. Other than that, rooms were lovely.

Do not stay here!
When we checked in the room, the trash cans from previous guests were full and not dumped. There were fresh stains on the blankets and sheets, I asked for fresh linen and explained what happened but none was brought to me nor did house keeping come upon my request. Also there was a leak on the 3rd floor hallway (a worker advised of this), however, the leak came down to our room (2nd floor) it came in both bathrooms as well as closets. It also had a brown color with is as well with this horrible smell. Along with that, there was some people song construction work next beside us and made loud drilling and knocking noise all night for both nights! We could not even sleep!!!!! I notified the GM Randy Brown and nothing was done nor was we offered to be placed in another room or offered a refund.

I can not apologize enough for this.We did indeed have a construction crew on site, as a result of a sprinkler head going off in a room on the 3rd floor. This did happen in the middle of the night. We had to evacuate the water immediately, thus the saws and drills. When you and I spoke, I apologize for the confusion, I did offer to move you, so you could get some sleep, which you declined. You booked through a 3rd party, so compensation was not an option. However, I would have been happy to discuss other options. Again, I am very sorry.

We enjoyed our stay here. There was a fairly strong smell but I think new carpet had been installed at some point. Once you were there for a short time, you didnt notice it. The ladies that ran the breakfast area were very friendly.

Nice room for the most part. However, I was next to the stairwell which was very noisy as people went up and down the stairs. There was no room service which was fine except people kept putting their trash in the hallway. It would have been nice to have a reasonably decent sized trash can available.

Pleasant hotel
Very nice hotel in a quieter area. We had a 2-bedroom suite which is hard to find. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and polite. We had some minor issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again. Very pleasant overall.

I booked a non-smoking room. The room had smoke odor . The maintenance sprayed 2x which helped a little but the odor still lingered. It was suggested to me that I opened a window. I didn't feel safe opening a window in a room on the 1st floor. All of the rooms were booked so I couldn't move to another room. I ran the bathroom exhaust fan all night which disturbed my sleep. My clothes also had the smell of smoke and the spray. I was looking forward to a pleasant night at your hotel but this situation was very disappointing.

When I got to the hotel, I was told that my reservation was overbooked and no one called to let me know. I reserved the two bedroom suites and when I got in I was given 4 single suites. I was not happy with that because that is not what I reserved. No one gave me a call to let me know this in advance and that is unacceptable. Then the rooms were not near each other and it was a inconvenience. The service was good but the communication has to be better if you want more better surveys.

Greatest hotel secret in Huntsville
Our family traveled to Huntsville to celebrate a graduation and birthday. The stay was incredibly wonderful. The facilities were very clean and beautiful. The staff in the breakfast area (Mrs. Sue and staff were incredible). The head of housekeeping was awesome and strived to accommodate our requests. Kat on the front desk attentive to our needs and was wonderful. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Most of all the property is beautifully maintained both inside and out. I will definitely stay there for future visits to the Huntsville area.
