1st night: AC stopped, manager repaired with rudeness.
Woke to find water in carpet at entrance to bathroom. No one to report to at desk. Did thorough check of faucets, toilet etc. to find water leak....no leak in view, coming from behind wall...
Left hotel for planned ball tournament. Called hotel and reported water in floor and was immediately accused of breaking toilet before anyone checked....came back after long day to stay my 2nd night that was already paid for and room had been cleaned, beds made etc. When asked front desk for towels, wass told I broke toilet and couldn't stay and manager had to cut water off.....Lie....water was still on... manager said couldn't stay....I honestly think he was selling that room again for the night I had paid.... anyway... asked Hotel.com to help ,and they were quick to tell me the manager can do whatever with no refund....so, they just stole my money... lesson learned
