I didn't like my room across from the laundry area and where all supplies for hotel are kept... Very busy and noisy when morning crew starts cleaning... Stay away from Room 122

We have a big family and their room that sleeps 6 is SO spacious! One of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. Only downfall was that our shower had no hot water after the second shower in our family.

It was okay.
The lady who checked us in was great. I liked that the room was clean, the comfort of the bed, and the products in the bathroom. The only issues i noticed was that the doors were about to fall off the entertainment center and the floor stayed wet by the heater/ac unit. I let management know but never saw maintenance. They may have come after we left but I don't know.

Fun stay.
We had a marvelous stay the kids enjoyed the space and room to play after a shopping excursion. Front desk was terrific.

I have not got the receipt from the front desk and it is hard to find when I needed it.

A Plus… Definitely the place to be

The front desk was great, but the room was dirty from the air condition blowing dirt in the air. The filter need changing. On top of that the shower wall tiles were missing. There was two big holes where the ADA bars were located. The day that I was going to check out I went to have breakfast to come back to my room at 9:13am the clean up service put everything that was not in my bags into the trash. My waters, food, work and clothes. I went to see the manager to ask what time is check out and he replied noon. He apologize and said he could not replace anything and he can’t comp my room because it was paid through a third party. I appreciate your responds.

The staff is very friendly, grounds are good, lobby is nice. Convenient location. We were given a handicap room? It was very big but smelled terrible! Very musty mildew smell and in bathroom would get a whiff of sh**.

Breakfast was great. My son has selective eating challenges and he absolutely loved the apple-cinnamon waffle and commented sadly that it's only a seasonal flavor. The room was sparkling clean. They didn't have enough staff, though, so requests for bedding for the pull-out sofa in the suite took a long time to be fulfilled. The staff were super helpful and polite, the hotel just needs to hire more of them.

Consistently good staff and comfortable
We love this hotel and have stayed here several times for our anniversary. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly, hot breakfast is delicious, the pool and fitness room are in good condition, the patio is a great place to relax - we ate lunch there one day, the location is convenient to venues, restaurants, stores and banks, it is located in a nice part of town, plus the hotel has a screen of pretty magnolias and other trees around it that block road noise and make it beautiful. The carpet in our room was getting a little old and musty. But we still enjoyed our stay and we will come back. I have such good memories here from our many trips, and I know they work hard to keep it in good condition. It’s such a pleasure to stay here!
