The only thing I didn't like is ,when you book the hotel and you coming in from out of time and you ask in advance if you can check in when the other guest check out at 11,why does ittake them until 3 to let you check in,do it really take them that long to clean the room,especially if u ask when you book in advance.

Great stay except for check in. Had to wait at the check in desk for 7 minutes while staff was not there. No one at front desk upon arrival at 5:30 pm on August 26.

Charge me twice for one night.

I booked my room with Holiday Inn through Hotel.com. Hotel.com charged my credit card for the room which was paid for at the time the room was reserved. We I arrived at the Holiday Inn they swiped my card again. I was charged twice for my room. To date I still have not received my money back.
