Nice hotel not too far from A&M Campus

Great service and location. This hotel had everything I needed. I was in town for my daughters Freshman Orientation and I wanted to stay close to Campus but not spend a lot of money and this place was perfect! I will be staying here in the near future.

Hate having to beg for towels

Was in Alabama due to a sudden passing of a family member. Arrived at the time check started which is 3 pm. Only one or two cars in the parking lot. Requested a 1st floor room. Was told there was no rooms on the 1st floor. Received a 2nd floor room. There is an elevator so that made having a room on the second floor fine. Got into the room and discovered that there was only enough towels for two people. We had four people staying in a double room. When I went downstairs to request more towels I had to beg the front desk employee. Eventually she gave me more but I don't feel like I have to explain why more towels are needed. Everybody has to take a shower. Four towels are not enough. Breakfast is very simple. A waffle maker, coffee, and store bought donuts. If you are hungry I would suggest going elsewhere. The rooms have been updated which is nice. They are spacious and include a microwave and refrigerator. For a last minute hotel it was fine. If I come back I know what to expect.

Nice motel. Clean, fairly updated. Only issue was breakfast. It was promised at 0530 and we arrived at 0545 to a dark locked front office. Disappointing.

This motel was great The room was nice and very clean. Also was well stocked and furnished for convenience. The grounds were clean a nicely landscaped. If I were to change anything it would be the mattress. It was a little too firm for me.

Good bargain hotel

This Red Roof Inn has recently been remodeled -- spring, 2017. The rooms boast brand-new furniture, plumbing fixtures, TVs, beds, chairs, decorations, etc. etc. It's undergone a total makeover, everything sparkles, and they've done a nice job. It's conveniently located right off I-565 in Madison, close to Huntsville, the desk staff are super-nice ... I have no real complaints whatsoever. Still, it's a budget-priced Red Roof Inn and things got a little noisy at night, til late, anyway, and then again around 5:30 a.m. as guests headed off in their pickups to construction jobs. If it's true that you get what you pay for, this hotel, right now at least, while the paint is still fresh, is undeniably a good bargain. Want to visit Huntsville on the cheap and you don't have relatives in town? Stay here.

Worth it. Dog stayed free

So, there was a huge drunken fight at 230 am and no one called the police- kept me up until 4 am. The room was clean- until I took a towel to the floor to mop up some water I spilled- the towel was then black. The TV, bed and bathroom were all good. I do not like the stairs being so far from the rooms, but that is just how they are designed. The location was pretty good, places to eat, gas and places to pick things up: grocery store, Wal-mart. The staff was friendly, they had coffee 24 hours. They have a laundry facility as well. I would stay again and I will stay at other Red Roof in the future.

Very close to mall and restaurants

Stayed at this hotel before it changed to Red roof and when I stayed there last week I was so pleasantly surprised of the name change the hotel went non smoking which I love and a complete over haul it's beautiful very clean and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly the beds were very comfortable I was very pleased and will be staying there from now own when I visit Alabama in Madison so glad someone took over and cleaned that place up loved it there
