Cons: Ho scelto questo hotel, perchè disponeva del centro windsurf. Purtroppo il personale, sopratutto la ragazza russa antipatica e scostante.
Esperienza molto positiva, si mangia benissimo, il personale affabile e disponibile, il villaggio molto attrezzato. L unica nota negativa è il centro windsurf chi gestisce non è all altezza del centro che invece è molto ben fornito. I prezzi di noleggio sono altissimi rispetto alla spesa complessiva del soggiorno.

Un séjour reposant à plusieurs titres...

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cet hotel et nous le recommandons pour son cadre (bungalows répartis autour de la piscine et à proximité de la mer), l'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel et pour les activités proposées (sport de glisse, plongée, squash,...). Nous referons sans aucune hésitation.

Pros: die bequeme shishalobby
Cons: mehr duschen am beach und pool, mehr wc anlagen und bittegemütlichere sitzgelegenheiten
Location: in hurghada, sämtliche sportliche aktivitäten , mit dem hauseigenen taxi ist man in 5 min in der stadtt
wer nicht unbedingt auf luxus steht ist in diesem hotel gut aufgehoben. das personal ist sehr freundlich, das ess sehr ,sehr gut. mein zimmer war groß genug mit meer und poolblick. die animation war heervorragend, besonders dino war klasse. die bootsdriver mit delfinausflug (magdy, chef) war 1A. leider gibt es nur 2duschen und 1wc am strand und pool. die sessel und sätliche sitzgelegenheiten beim essen und am pool sind sehr unbequem. die poolbar kann man vergessen. geschäfte gibt es genug im hotel und das personal an der rezeption ist sehr kompetent. auch die bar im hotel mit Amr dem chefbarman ist lobenswert.

Sjéour plongée et détente

Pros: Centre de Plongée intégrée
Cons: Nourriture assez répétitive, mais je pense que je préfère les demi pensions où l'on paie et mange moins que le all inclusive ou on a plus la quantité.
Location: Plongée, mais profitez en pour revenir en passant par le Caire!
De nombreux amis étaient surpris que nous allions en Egypte dans le contexte, mais je recommande le voyage, nous avons fait une semaine de plongée à Hurghada puis deux jours au Caire avant de rentrer et ce fut de très belles vacances. A aucun moment on se sent en insécurité, au contraire notamment au Caire où il y avait peu de touristes les gens dans la rue sont heureux de voir des touristes revenir. C'est un bon moment pour en profiter pour voir la Grande Pyramide sans queues! Le Mercure était agréable et pratique pour la plongée avec un club intégré dans l'hôtel, il est assez classique dans le style des hôtels All inclusive. On peut faire du snorkelling depuis la plage, en partant vers la droite, on voit corail, classiques poissons exotiques ainsi que rascasse et même une Murène bien cachée.

Super relaxed all inclusive hotel

Cons: Some minor points for improvement: The restaurant has difficulties to manage a large flow of guests And the pizza at the pool bar is not that good
A wonderful setting, the hotel is relaxed because it is not that massive, with attention to each individual guest, very nice rooms,the staff is very nice, and helpfull.

Hounded by sales staff

Pros: Beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, fabulous buffet meals.
Cons: Pay staff a living wage so they don't have to hound customers.
After staying in multiple Mercure hotels in Cairo, Aswan and Luxor, I was disappointment by the barrage of sales people hounding me at the Mercure in Hurghada. After two weeks exploring Egypt, I was ready to relax by the beautiful pool. Alas, there was rarely a peaceful moment as I was approached by the following people trying to sell me something: Fun Fly (for a snorkeling excursion), the Beauty Salon for manicures/pedicures, the Spa for various treatments, a gal selling professional photography, the team selling horse and camel rides - and, we couldn't walk to the beach without being pounced on by the guy selling sand bottles. I understand tourism is low and these people are trying to make a living. However, they were extremely aggressive and approached me multiple times after I had said no. Also, all prices are negotiable - this reminded me of that commercial "What if you had to buy everything the way you buy a used car". They even haggled over the price of Halawa. This absolutely impacted the peace and tranquility of an all inclusive resort stay.
