Great public areas, but rooms are awful!

We booked a Honeymoon Room & they put us in a regular room with no view and old furniture! Honeymoon Rooms are more expensive, but they do not in fact have rooms designated for honeymooners at all. They just stick you in whatever is available and put red pillows on its bed. Beach is pretty cool with adult-only areas. Restaurant is super clean with really good food. Pool and gardens are nice and well-kept. Rooms are actually disgusting! Linens are not clean. When we asked for new pillows because the ones we had were not clean, we got two "fresh" ones with long-term stains on them! Everything is old & not clean. Bathroom items than we ran out of were not replaced. Dirty towels were also sometimes removed and not replaced! Housekeeping lags. We were really disappointed in our stay.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful resort. Our room was conveniently​ located bang in between the pool a d beach areas. Clean and tidy throughout the hotel and so great staff

excellent resort with private beach& several pools

Pros: Beach, pools, life music, food, animation teams, rooms and on top of all the staff who are professional and friendly .
Cons: It is under priced that one feels guilty for what is paid . The Place worth much more.
Location: The resort is equipped with everything you need, opposite to it there is a mall with shops and supermarket as well. Diving Center is available on site
Joyful stay at five stars resort with luxurious facilities . Staff are very proteins al, polite and friendly. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished Andy well served. The price is way less than wha the facility deserves. Several swimming pools with animation , water polo and gymnastics teams are available, in addition to a private beach. All well maintained and hygienic . There is variety of food, breakfast buffet is one of the best and the restaurant is nicely designed with indoor, outdoor and children corner. In the evening there are many activities and options including life music , animation, karaoke , folklore ...etc. In a nutshell , the resort is an excellent choice for families, couples or solo travellleres. A place to recommend and to return back to for sure.

I loved it

I was greeted with a wet lemon and water towel and immediately treated with a sorbet. The bellboy picked uo my luggage and en route the room he explained the facility. I was given a hand band which meant that I could have brerakfast and dinner for free. This half board service was worth the price of the room I paid. The staff was marvelous and always wanted to help you. The room was spacious, clean and peaceful. It had a safe, fridge, coffee and tv etc. The best thing to shout about was the grounds. OMG! they were so well kept and artfully done. Swimming pools were of U. S. standards. I also liked the modern gym and free sauna. The hotel did not have a private beach but a had a lovely lagoon, where I was able to relax and drink beer. i was impressed and will stay again

It was a very nice hotel, great value however the service was very hit and miss. Staff seemed confused that I wasn't 'all inclusive'. The beauty salon charged London prices, but the quality was far from it. My facial started with a woman, and then ended with a man, who appeared without warning and then wanted to take my top off (!). He then proceeded to treat my face like a football while giving a massage. Beware! The spa was very good, though the 'sports massage' was the most painful massage I've ever had, and I like a strong massage.

Peaceful and relaxing hotel

Once a year rain finds the weak spots! They coped well on a service front but many of those in top floor rooms needed to move. They were accommodating though

Convenient, calm and clean hotel

Anyone who seeks excellent service, Sandy beach, spacious room, clean place, large swimming pool, many food varieties with friendly waiters and staff ,don't hesitate to go to sunrise crystal. Really we regret that we book another hotel so we had to leave sunrise crystal after 3 days but sure we will be back soon.
