Allgemeine Zufriedenheit

Pros: Die Architektur, die Geräumigkeit, die Strandnähe, der grosszügige Pool, die (Sport)Aktivitäten im Hotelbeichs selber.
Cons: Eine klare Erklärung von Unterschied zwischen "Halbpension" und "All inclusive" und die genaue Abstimmung des Kinderalters (siehe separaten Kommentar)
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich in Hurghada selber nur 6 Km vom Flughafen, aber von den Flugzeugen ist nichts zu hören.
Ausser einer ersten Unannehmlichkeit am Check-in (separat mitgeteilt) und der Missverständnis vom Konzept "All inclusive", was meistens sich nur aufs Essen bezieht und hier andere Aspekte gedeckt hatte (Getränke, Restaurantauswahl, Zugang zum "Acqua Magic") sind wir vom Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat immer alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und unsere Bedürfnisse und Wünsche erfüllt. Die vielen Anfragen auch am privaten Strand von Massagen, Pedicure, Reiseangebote, Mitmachen von Aktivitäten, .... sind manchmal ein bisschen lästig, aber meistens, mit einem klaren "Nein" wurden wir in Ruhe gelassen. Dass einige Aktivitäten im Hotelbereich direkt bezahlt werden mussten und nicht auf Hotelrechnung gingen hat uns auch ein bisschen überrascht. Im allgemeinen können wir eine hervorragende Bewertung abgeben. Wir haben von "einem Steigenberger" bekommen alles was wir erwarteten.

Hotel reception staff were first class, worthy of 5 star rating. The room was excellent and exceptionally clean and well cared for on a daily basis. The downside was the evening entertainment. Not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. That said, it didn't detract wholly from our overall stay. And we will be going back for a return visit in the near future.

Poor Activity poor animation

The hotel is good but a little bit boring , the activity on the hotel is very poor, the animation is very poor bad communication skill otherwise everything is good, if you plan to spend an active vacation please avoid

Kort opphold på hotellet, som virket veldig bra. Fine uteområder med strand , hage, flere bassenger.God mat og god service. Komfortable rom.

Good hotel

The food was average. We didn't particularly like the glass bathroom door, as a family, we didn't have privacy. The kids entertainment was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place except some problems at the front desk

Location is okay and staff are nice but when I checked-in and out there were some problems on my payment, I paid the bill to expedia when I booked but the hotel tried to make me pay again ... It happened 2 times, check in and out... Took more than 40 minutes to check in and out each time

Kindly be informed that the booking policy of Expedia allows the customer to choose the payment method, please see the General Terms and Conditions for bookings through Expedia; 3.2.7 PAY NOW ONLINE OR PAY LATER AT HOTEL As your reservation was proceeded four hours prior arrival and confirmation of your reservation was in Chinese language, the reception wanted to make sure with our reservation department the method of payment.
